Role Description The Sample Registration Executive is responsible for accurately registering patient samples in the laboratory information system and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with internal protocols. Day-to-day tasks include validating patient and test details, labeling and barcoding samples, coordinating with collection centers and phlebotomists, and resolving registration-related queries. The role also involves maintaining data accuracy, tracking sample movement, and communicating with laboratory teams to avoid delays or errors in processing. The executive will support frontline operations by managing reports,



handling basic customer queries related to sample status, and following standard operating procedures for quality and safety. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring close collaboration with laboratory and operations staff. Qualifications
• Strong data entry and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient and test information.
• Proficiency in computer applications and laboratory information systems (LIS) or hospital information systems (HIS), with comfort using MS Office tools.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with patients, collection centers, and laboratory teams.
• Basic understanding of diagnostic tests, laboratory workflows, and medical terminology (prior diagnostics or healthcare experience preferred).
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to quality and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle high sample volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum educational qualification: graduate in any discipline; a background in science or healthcare is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow, with flexibility for rotational shifts as per operational requirements.
