Designation: Chief Security Officer (CSO)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Security Officer to oversee the overall security operations of the organisation, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, offices and other premises. The candidate will be responsible for developing security strategies, ensuring the safety of employees and assets, managing security personnel and implementing effective security systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures across manufacturing units and offices.
- Oversee plant security, warehouse security, gate operations and material movement.
- Ensure the safety of employees, visitors, company assets and infrastructure.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, including in-house and outsourced security teams.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance, access control systems and other security arrangements.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, unauthorised access and other security-related incidents.
- Conduct security audits, risk assessments and investigations.
- Coordinate with local police, government authorities and external security agencies.
- Establish emergency response procedures and manage crisis situations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory security requirements and maintain security records and reports.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; defence or police background will be preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in security management,



preferably in manufacturing or industrial organisations.
- Experience in handling multi-location security operations, plant security and large security teams.
- Strong knowledge of industrial security, surveillance systems, access control and risk management.
- Experience in handling investigations, emergency situations and security audits.
- Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
- Solid understanding of security protocols and statutory requirements.
- Retired defence personnel or police officers with relevant industrial security experience will be preferred.
