Primary skill: Syniti ADM

Secondary Skill: SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA

- Having functional knowledge across SAP logistics and supply chain modules, including but not limited to MM, PP, PM, QM and Procurement, during data migration activities.

- 6+ years of relevant experience in SAP Data Migration projects , with exposure to SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ADM (Syniti tool)/ADMM for data migration activities such as analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, and data loads.
- Exposure to Azure Data Factory or equivalent enterprise ETL platforms.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including complex query writing, data validation, reconciliation, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Sound understanding of the end-to-end SAP data migration lifecycle, from business requirement gathering through extraction, transformation, mock loads, reconciliation, cutover, and production loads.
- Strong experience in data analysis, standardization, transformation, conversion, validation, and reconciliation to ensure high data quality.
- Ability to define business rules and transformation logic in collaboration with functional teams.
- Experience supporting mock loads, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and cutover activities,



including defect resolution and post-load validation.
- Knowledge of SAP data loading methods and interfaces, such as LSMW, IDoc, BAPI, Direct Input, Batch Input Sessions, and file-based integrations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP LSMW and good working knowledge of ABAP, including the ability to debug ABAP programs and analyze migration-related issues.

- Deep understanding of End to End working of ADM Tool

- Experience on Solution Access controls, User security, Multi-instance management and Code movements.

- Experience on Server Management and maintenance (both Application and Database servers).

- Strong understanding of Construction Pages and Custom Solutions of ADM (including PSAs).

- Strong SQL knowledge on SQL Server Administration, Query Optimizations, Space management, and Cross Platform Integrations.

- Hands-on experience on SQL Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers.

- Experience on End to End ADM Installation/Configuration, SQL Server Set-up, and version upgrades
