Description:

Jira Cloud & Confluence Cloud Administrator responsible for administration, support, governance, and continuous improvement of Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and related Atlassian services

Provide day-to-day support to development, project, marketing, and business teams while ensuring platform reliability, security, and SLA adherence

Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud administration experience

Solid knowledge of workflows, schemes, permissions, automation, dashboards, and reporting

Knowledge of Atlassian Access, SSO, user lifecycle management, and security best practices

Experience managing Atlassian REST APIs, API tokens, service accounts, and integrations

Familiarity with Marketplace apps, automation tools, and cloud integrations

Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and ITIL service management practices

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills
