Job Description

- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and annual business agreements with key customers.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular business updates to management.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
- Resolve customer issues, manage escalations, and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.




- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy account profitability

Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in key account management, strategic sales, or business development.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Robust analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
