Gnixar Academy is an EdTech company focused on increasing employability for students in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities through its Learn–Build–Mentor framework. The organization operates multiple verticals including technology, legal, management schools, a college discovery platform, a job portal, and earn‑while‑you‑learn programs.

Responsibilities:

- Design and run end‑to‑end operations across all Gnixar verticals and products, creating SOPs, workflows and dashboards for admissions, training delivery, placement and partner management.
- Own day‑to‑day execution, timelines, quality and compliance.
- Work with the founder to refine revenue models and drive sales operations, lead pipelines and conversion systems.
- Build and manage institutional, franchise and corporate partnerships.
- Recruit, train and manage interns, trainees, trainers and partners, setting targets and reviewing performance.
- Coordinate with the tech team on product rollouts and plan marketing, outreach and launch campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators such as enrolments, placements, revenue and retention, reporting to leadership.
- Build employer and HR networks to ensure measurable career outcomes for learners.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, business management,



sales or program management, preferably in EdTech, training, staffing or services.
- Proven ability to build processes or teams from scratch in a startup or early‑stage workplace.
- Strong execution, people‑management, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data, CRMs, MIS reporting and basic digital tools.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, low‑cash startup conditions with a long‑term upside focus.
- Passion for education, employability and social impact in Tier 2/3 India.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Bengali is a plus.
- MBA or relevant degree preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:

- Equity ownership in Gnixar Academy Private Limited with a vesting schedule (typically 4 years with a 1‑year cliff).
- Profit‑sharing based on net profits of the company or specific verticals.
- Milestone‑based incentives for achieving revenue, placement and growth targets.
- No fixed stipend initially; a founder draw may be introduced as revenue stabilizes.

Location:

- Hybrid role based in Durgapur / Kolkata, West Bengal with travel to partner institutions.

Work Mode:

- Hybrid (on‑site presence combined with remote flexibility).
