NoBroker is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Head – Residential Resale to lead residential resale sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage high-performing sales teams.

- Bangalore – Electronic City
- Bangalore – Kanakapura
- Navi Mumbai

Experience Required

- 6–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).
- Strong experience in Residential Resale / Secondary Property Markets.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams of 5–10+ sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the residential resale sales team.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase property listings and successful closures.
- Build solid relationships with property owners, buyers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews,



and improve productivity.
- Identify market opportunities and analyse competitor activities.
- Manage the complete residential resale sales process while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- Mandatory experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong understanding of residential resale and secondary property markets.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate markets and property transactions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
