What You Will Do
As a Business Development Intern, you will be the face of Karya Saarthi. You will connect with students and businesses across India who need help with:
- Thesis Writing (₹10,000 - ₹50,000)
- Website Development (₹10,000 - ₹1,00,000)
- Research Papers (₹5,000 - ₹30,000)
- App Development (₹50,000 - ₹5,00,000)
- Plus 1,000+ other services.
Your daily tasks will include:
1. Calling, messaging, and emailing potential clients.
2. Explaining our services and answering their questions.
3. Building trust and closing the deal.
Your Monthly Target
You must achieve a minimum of ₹80,000 in sales every month.
(This could be 8 thesis projects, 4 website projects, or a mix of different services).
What happens if you don't reach the target?
- Below ₹60,000: Stipend will be reduced by 40%.
- ₹60,000 - ₹80,000: Stipend will be reduced by 20-30%.
- Above ₹80,000: Full stipend + extra bonus!
Salary & Benefits
- Base Stipend:
₹5,000 per month (provided you meet the target).
- Commission: You get a 10% commission on every sale. (Example: If you sell a ₹10,000 project, you get ₹1,000 extra directly in your pocket).
Who Can Apply
- Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree).
- Freshers are highly welcome! No prior experience needed.
- You have good communication skills (Hindi & English).
- You are comfortable talking on the phone and sending emails.
- You have a strong desire to learn and earn.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours).
- Lunch Break: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
- Sunday: Off.
