Role Description The Biochemist Intern will support ongoing research and development activities by performing routine laboratory experiments, preparing reagents and samples, and assisting in biochemical assays and data collection. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining laboratory equipment, following standard operating procedures, documenting results accurately, and contributing to quality control checks on experimental data and materials. The intern will collaborate with senior scientists to analyze findings, participate in literature reviews,



and help prepare technical summaries or internal reports.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru North, requiring regular coordination with cross-functional research teams and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills and practical experience in basic biochemical techniques.
- Candidates should possess solid Chemistry and Biochemistry knowledge to understand and support experimental design.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and Quality Control capabilities for data validation and result interpretation.
- Candidates should possess Research skills, including literature review, hypothesis formulation, and structured documentation.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Ability to follow detailed protocols, maintain accurate records, and comply with laboratory safety regulations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary research environments.
- Familiarity with basic statistical tools, data analysis software, or laboratory information systems is an advantage.
