Dimenza BIM Services Private Limited provides Building Information Modeling (BIM) and architectural engineering solutions for projects across the globe. Our services include Architectural BIM, Structural BIM, MEP Modeling, Interior Modeling, Landscape Modeling, Scan-to-BIM, and Construction Documentation.

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineers to join our growing team and contribute to high-quality BIM projects for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare detailed architectural, structural, or MEP models based on project requirements.
- Produce coordinated drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
- Work with project teams to ensure model accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve design clashes and modeling issues.
- Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
- Support BIM coordination activities using Navisworks and other relevant tools.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in BIM modeling.
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Experience in at least one discipline: Architecture, Structure, or MEP.
- Understanding of construction drawings, modeling standards, and BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
