Sr. Project Engineer CAD India Required Travel: 0 - 10% Job Description: **Job Requirement: Sr Project Engineer** Experience Required: 8-10 Years Support Group: Medium Axle, Pune India **Educational Qualifications** - BE Mechanical Engineering **Technical Skills** - Solid Proficiency in **Creo** (Part, Assembly, Drawing, Sheetmetal, Surfacing). - Hands-on experience working on concept layouts, modeling and detailing - Hands-on experience with PLM tools (preferably **Teamcenter** ). - Strong understanding of casting design principles and manufacturing processes. - Knowledge of Axle and related components. - Familiarity with GD&T;, tolerance stack-up analysis, and engineering documentation. **Personal Skills** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Time management and ability to handle multiple projects. - Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and development of Axle driveline and its components working on critical casting and forging components using Creo. - Drive New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept generation to release for production.



- Support Driveline system projects with CAD modeling and detailing. - Maintain and manage CAD data within PLM system - Teamcenter. - Ensure design compliance with industry standards and internal specifications. - Responsible and accountable for quality, delivery and maintaining project related documentation. - Support cost reduction, VA/VE, and quality improvement initiatives.
