We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Skilled to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing APIs and Excipients for new product development projects.

- Qualification Essential: B.E. / B.Pharm Preferred: MBA / M.Pharm.

Job Responsibilities:

- Strategic sourcing of APIs and Excipients for development and commercialization projects
- Supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, and onboarding
- Commercial negotiations, cost optimization, and value creation initiatives
- End-to-end management of samples, documentation, audits, agreements, and material availability
- Supplier support for development, exhibit, validation, and commercial quantities
- Cross-functional collaboration with F&D;, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams
- Management of CDAs, Technical Agreements, and Supply Agreements
- Timely closure of supplier-related technical,



analytical, regulatory, and commercial requirements
- Preparation of sourcing dashboards, MIS reports, project trackers, and management reviews

Required Skills

- Experience in pharmaceutical strategic sourcing and supplier management
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of regulatory, analytical, and technical sourcing requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining speed, quality, compliance, and cost competitiveness
