Key Responsibilities

* Manage warranty claim operations end to end by supervising parts inwarding,
component inspection and exact documentation
* Investigate warranty discrepancies thoroughly to identify root causes and
implement swift corrective solutions
* Compile and deliver in-depth warranty trend reports and failure analyses to
support strategic management decisions
* Refine existing warranty workflows and software systems continuously to
boost operational efficiency across service channels
* Deliver targeted training programmes to dealership and workshop staff to
guarantee strict warranty policy compliance
* Liaise cross-functionally between authorized service centres, internal
departments and engineering teams to ensure smooth claims processing
* Audit warranty parts consumption and maintain comprehensive scrap and




replacement records in line with regulatory standards

Ideal Candidate

* BTech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Automobile Engineering
* 1 - 3 years of experience in warranty management, preferably in the
automotive or EV sector
* Hands-on experience in parts inwarding, inspection and discrepancy handling
* Strong analytical ability to prepare and interpret warranty reports
* Good communication and presentation skills for conducting workshops
* Proficiency with warranty management software and Microsoft Office tools
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
