- Comply and Maintain record for related party transactions.
- Verify GST compliance for materials movement
- Coordinate with vendors/ contractor and finance team to ensure timely release of all payments; regularly update the payment tracker (due payments, advances, LC, etc.).
- Liaise with SCM and transporters to ensure smooth and timely movement of materials as per requirements.
- Prepare and process payment requests (LC, RTGS, advances).
- Reconcile free supply materials accurately.
- Prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the team to collect and maintain compliance document.
