Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Dev Ops Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring solutions. The candidate will work closely with Development, QA, Security, and Cloud teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable application deployments.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containerization, automation, and cloud security.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or Azure.

•Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

•Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.

•Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational activities.

•Manage AWS services such as EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS/Aurora, ALB, Route 53, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, KMS, etc.

•Manage Azure services such as VMs, VNet, Azure SQL, Application Gateway, Key Vault, and other relevant services.

•Implement and maintain branching, build, release, and deployment strategies.

•Implement Dev Ops best practices for application lifecycle management.

•Work with development teams to troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, and production issues.

•Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.

•Support security initiatives including IAM, vulnerability remediation, secrets management, WAF, endpoint security, and cloud security best practices.

•Participate in Production deployments, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

•Implement automation using Shell scripting, Python, Power Shell, or similar scripting languages.





•Manage and maintain Linux/Windows servers and troubleshoot OS-level issues.

•Maintain infrastructure and operational documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.

•Support cloud cost optimization and resource right-sizing initiatives.

•Collaborate with Security, Development, QA, and Project teams to deliver reliable and secure solutions.

•Participate in on-call/production support activities when required.

Required Technical Skills

Cloud

•Solid hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.

•Good understanding of cloud networking, IAM, compute, storage, databases, and security.

•Experience with VPC/VNet, subnets, security groups/NSGs, load balancers, DNS, VPN, etc.

Infrastructure as Code

•Strong experience with Terraform.

•Understanding of Terraform modules, state management, variables, remote backends, and reusable infrastructure components.

CI/CD

•Hands-on experience with Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops, or equivalent.

•Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, security scanning, and deployment.

•Good understanding of Git and branching strategies.

Containers & Orchestration

•Experience with Docker.

•Good understanding of Kubernetes and/or managed Kubernetes services such as EKS or AKS is preferred.

•Experience with Helm and container-based deployments is an advantage.





Automation & Scripting

•Good scripting experience with Shell/Bash, Python, or Power Shell.

•Ability to automate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks.

Monitoring & Security

•Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Cloud Watch, Splunk, New Relic, Prometheus/Grafana, or similar.

•Understanding of cloud security, IAM, vulnerability management, secrets management, WAF, and security best practices.

•Experience integrating security and quality tools such as Sonar Qube, Snyk, or similar is an advantage.

Required Experience

•4–7 years of relevant experience in Dev Ops/Cloud/Infrastructure engineering.

•Strong hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and Dev Ops automation.

•Experience supporting Production environments.

•Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and deployment issues.

•Good understanding of networking, Linux/Windows administration, DNS, SSL/TLS, and databases.

Preferred Certifications

•AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Sys Ops Administrator / Dev Ops Engineer

•Microsoft Azure Administrator / Azure Dev Ops Engineer

•Terraform Associate

•Kubernetes certification such as CKA/CKAD

Certifications are preferred but hands-on practical experience will be given higher importance.
