You'll speak directly with customers and get a front-row seat to what drives conversion, what customers care about, and what makes them choose Plazza.

What you'll do

? Own customer conversations end-to-end — understand needs, handle objections, build trust, and close purchases.

? Drive conversion and order value through follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling.



? Own customer outcomes and work with Customer Excellence, Operations, and Product to remove buying friction.

? Share customer insights and help improve how we sell and serve customers.

What we're looking for

? Strong communication skills, confidence, and a natural ability to build relationships. ? Competitive, ambitious, energetic, and driven to achieve results with high ownership. ? Curious about sales and customer behaviour, with 1–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, customer success, or similar roles.
