Role Overview
Altimetrik is looking for a seasoned Product & Industry Leader to own and scale the Hi-Tech, Payments & Fintech practice - driving strategy, growing revenue, and leading transformation engagements across global fintech leaders and banks. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise across the payments and fintech value chain, a strong product management mindset, and a proven record of winning and delivering strategic client engagements.

What You'll Own
Practice Leadership

- Own strategy, roadmap, portfolio, and P&L; - driving revenue growth, margin, and investment decisions
- Build and scale high-performance teams across domain, product, design, data, and delivery
- Define GTM plays aligned to market trends, emerging technology, and regulatory shifts (PCI DSS, PSD2/PSD3, ISO 20022, AML/KYC)

Domain & Solutioning

- Lead solutioning for complex Digital, Data & AI transformation engagements - shaping target architectures, modernization pathways, and platform strategies
- Originate proactive, domain-led deals with client partners, business development, and engineering teams across existing and new accounts
- Drive discovery workshops with quantitative problem framing tied to measurable business outcomes
- Bring authoritative expertise across issuing & acquiring, card schemes, digital wallets, real-time & cross-border payments, lending, BNPL, open banking, embedded finance, and fraud & risk
- Shape joint GTM motions with clients, alliances, and partners

Commercial & Client Engagement

- Lead pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, and solution defenses to win and expand strategic accounts




- Serve as a trusted C-suite advisor - translating client needs into differentiated propositions

Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence

- Anchor Altimetrik's market presence through whitepapers, POV content, industry events, and analyst engagements
- Convert insights on fintech disruptors, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts into actionable product and GTM strategies

What You Bring

- 15+ years in Payments and Fintech spanning product strategy, consulting transformation, and practice/P&L; leadership
- Deep expertise across the fintech stack - issuing, acquiring, networks, digital payments, lending, open banking, embedded finance, and fraud/risk
- Strong command of Digital, Data & AI - cloud, AI/ML, platform engineering - from a product and strategy lens, not just delivery
- Demonstrated success in solutioning, pre-sales, and executive stakeholder management
- Ability to translate regulatory and market trends into roadmaps and commercial opportunity
- Recognized thought leader with an established network across the payments and fintech ecosystem
