- Prepare 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create high-quality 3D interior models, realistic renders, and walkthroughs for corporate office interiors.
- Develop design concepts, material selections, colour schemes, lighting plans, and furniture layouts.
- Incorporate client feedback and make design revisions until final approval.
- Coordinate with clients, the sales team, and the execution team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and verify measurements to ensure design accuracy.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for site execution.
- Assist in BOQ preparation, material selection, and cost-effective design solutions.
- Ensure all drawings and renders are delivered within project timelines.




- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approved designs.

- Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
- Knowledge of rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
- Experience in corporate office interiors and commercial fit-out projects is preferred.
- Strong design visualisation, detailing, and space-planning skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical designs.
- Positive communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
