EFOS is building a data-driven platform with physical reach into rural and remote areas, connecting youth with verified education providers, skill development programs, and placement opportunities.

It also facilitates access to government and private sector support, including scholarships, special initiatives, and self-employment or entrepreneurship-focused courses. EFOS leverages a hybrid network of technology and on-ground presence to bring scale, structure, and efficiency to the current education and employment marketplace.

Role Description The Auditor – Hygiene role is a full-time, remote position responsible for monitoring and ensuring adherence to hygiene, quality, and compliance standards across EFOS processes, content, and partner interactions. On a day-to-day basis, the Auditor will review digital content, operational workflows, and data collection practices to confirm they meet defined cleanliness, accuracy, and ethical guidelines. The role involves conducting regular audits, documenting findings, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to enhance user experience and trust, especially for youth accessing EFOS services from diverse locations.

The Auditor will collaborate with cross-functional teams,



including operations, content, technology, and partner management, to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. The position also requires maintaining audit records, supporting internal reviews, and contributing to the development of standardized protocols and checklists.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong audit, quality assurance, and compliance skills, including experience with checklists, process reviews, and documentation of findings.
- Candidates should possess data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and present explicit, concise improvement recommendations.
- Candidates should possess digital and operational hygiene skills, such as attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and understanding of ethical and privacy standards.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with remote, cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple audits, meet deadlines, and maintain systematic records.
- Relevant experience in education, training, or social impact sectors, especially in roles involving quality control or compliance, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline such as Management, Commerce, Social Sciences, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with remote work tools, basic IT literacy, and willingness to learn EFOS
