Chat Customer Service Representative

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site) | Full-time

About the Role,

We're looking for a caring, quick-thinking Chat Customer Service Representative to help customers resolve issues through written channels and turn an average experience into an exceptional one.

Key Responsibilities,

- Respond to incoming customer queries via chat, text, email, social media and direct messaging
- Resolve issues using clear, accurate and empathetic written communication
- Guide customers on products and get them answers quickly
- Work with your Team Lead to meet quality and team goals

Requirements,
- High School Diploma
- Great written English, including grammar and spelling
- Comfortable with computers and typing
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 setting
- 1+ year of customer service experience (freshers welcome)
