What you could work on

- Define research measures and statistical analysis plans.
- Address repeated measures, missing data and individual differences.
- Review data splits and run sensitivity analyses.
- Plan sample size and primary measures, address multiple comparisons, data splits and feature selection, and produce reproducible conclusions.
- Document the research or engineering process, maintain versions and evidence, and make results reviewable.
- Review, integrate and improve work with relevant teams to advance project milestones.

What we are looking for
- Education: PhD. Relevant fields include statistics, biostatistics, data science or biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Recent PhD graduates with representative work are welcome.
- Statistical inference, experimental design and modeling.
- R or Python and mixed-effects, resampling or Bayesian methods.
- High-dimensional data and leakage.
- Distinguish statistical significance from practical effect and know mixed-effects, resampling or Bayesian analysis.
- Explain your individual contribution clearly and work carefully across disciplines.

Helpful experience
- EEG or longitudinal data.
- Preregistration or reproducibility experience.
