Role Description:

The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for end to end recruitment activities, including understanding client requirements, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and screening profiles for role fit. Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment trackers or applicant databases. This is a part-time, remote working role.

Requirement:





- Solid recruitment skills across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to draft clear job descriptions and evaluate candidate profiles against role requirements.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, job portals, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prior experience in recruiting for diverse roles, preferably in consulting, HR, or startup environments.
- Graduate in any field of study.
- Should have their own laptop/desktop and mobile phone.
