Role Description This is a full-time, in office Interior Designer role based in Mumbai.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards, and create detailed layouts and presentations for client review.

Responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; specifications, and preparing or overseeing construction drawings in collaboration with architects and contractors. The role involves regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design intent is maintained, and address on-site challenges.

The Interior

Designer will participate in client meetings, gather requirements, provide design recommendations,



and support project coordination from initial briefing through final handover.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical and aesthetically refined concepts.
- Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts, circulation, and functional zones in residential and commercial environments.
- Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills to prepare or review technical plans, details, and documentation for execution on site.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills, including selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, equipment, lighting, fabrics, and finishes aligned with project budgets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with on-site coordination in Mumbai or similar urban environments, including vendor and contractor management, is beneficial.
