Role Description The Junior Architect role is a full time, in office position based in the Pune Division.

The Junior

Architect will support senior team members in conceptualizing, developing, and detailing architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Daily tasks include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting with design presentations, coordinating with engineers and consultants, and updating project documentation. The role involves site visits for measurements, progress checks, and coordination with contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.

Architect will also contribute to design research, material selection, compliance with local building codes, and continuous improvement of studio processes.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in architectural design and drafting using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Ability to create detailed plans, sections, elevations, and 3D visualizations for concept development and client presentations.
- Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes and regulations.
- Effective collaboration skills for working with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Good project documentation skills, including preparation of drawings, schedules, and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensing or registration in progress is an advantage.
- Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
