It's a hard engineering problem: software that has to work reliably in tough real-world conditions, turn complex rules into everyday workflows, and make data useful to people who aren't engineers.

What We're Looking For

- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, performance and architecture.
- 6+ months of mobile development in the past year, with a deep understanding of your stack.
- Depth across the technologies you've worked with.
- Hands-on experience with multiple LLM coding tools.
- 1+ year at a larger product company.
- An entrepreneurial streak: you've started something,



or joined a founding team early.

Bonus Points

- Good knowledge of Flutter.
- Tech products or projects you've worked on with real passion for 3+ months.
