Role Description The Project Design Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for coordinating design-related activities across residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment between architectural plans, interior concepts, and project timelines. Daily tasks include supporting project planning, organizing documentation, tracking milestones, and facilitating communication among design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.

The Project Design

Coordinator helps translate conceptual designs into practical deliverables, reviews drawings and layouts,



and assists with design presentations and approvals. The role also involves monitoring progress in office, flagging design-related issues, and collaborating with project management to maintain quality, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination and project management skills to oversee design workflows and timelines.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
- Foundational knowledge of architecture and interior design to understand plans, layouts, and design intent.
- Ability to organize documentation, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with design and project tools (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software; familiarity with CAD or design software is an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or design coordination roles is beneficial.
- Capability to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct regular site visits, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
