Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role based in Tirupati Urban.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and technology-adjacent positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating job postings, and proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. The role also involves evaluating candidates for technical and cultural alignment, scheduling and facilitating interviews, providing timely feedback, and maintaining accurate recruitment records in applicant tracking systems.

The Technical

Recruiter will contribute to employer branding initiatives,



support campus and hiring events, and help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, with experience managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Demonstrated Technical Recruiting expertise, including familiarity with common technology roles, skills, and hiring needs in a cloud or IT environment.
- Proficient Hiring capabilities, including collaborating with hiring managers, defining role requirements, and making data-informed recommendations.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring teams, and leadership, both in writing and verbally.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) to build candidate pipelines.
- Ability to work on-site in Tirupati Urban, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of recruitment compliance, fair hiring practices, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role within the technology or IT services sector is preferred.
