We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into high-quality videos that capture attention, communicate ideas effectively, and align with each brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Videos, promotional videos, advertisements, client testimonials, podcasts, event highlights, and other video content.
- Structure footage into engaging narratives with strong openings, smooth transitions, effective pacing, and clear messaging.
- Incorporate text animations, motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, visual effects, and other elements to enhance the viewing experience.
- Select suitable background music, synchronize audio, add sound effects, and perform basic audio cleaning and balancing.
- Apply basic color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency and improve overall video quality.
- Export videos in the appropriate aspect ratios, resolutions, formats, and specifications for different social media platforms.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to understand scripts, creative briefs, references, and editing requirements.
- Implement internal and client feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Organize raw footage, project files, audio assets, graphics, and final exports for easy access and future revisions.
- Assist during video shoots when required and contribute creative ideas for shots,



transitions, and editing approaches.
- Stay updated with social media video trends, editing styles, sound formats, and storytelling techniques to keep content relevant.
- Manage multiple editing assignments, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of video editing experience. Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, composition, and music synchronization.
- Basic knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media video formats.
- Ability to understand creative briefs, accept feedback, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous editing work.
