Job Purpose/ Summary To lead and manage electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities in the Blast Furnace (BF. section of WML, ensuring equipment reliability, optimal performance, and minimum downtime through effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. Ensure safe and efficient plant operations, compliance with EHS standards, effective team management, and continuous improvement in equipment availability, operational efficiency, and maintenance cost optimization.

As the Subsection Head for BF E&I; WML, you will lead and manage the electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities within the Blast Furnace section of WML. Your primary focus will be on ensuring equipment reliability and optimal performance while minimizing downtime through effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring secure and efficient plant operations, adhering to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS. standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your role will involve effective team management to enhance equipment availability, operational efficiency, and maintenance cost optimization. You will also be tasked with driving compliance and safety initiatives, leveraging your extensive experience in electrical maintenance and engineering. Your leadership will be crucial in promoting a global mindset and entrepreneurship within the team,



ensuring alignment with business and commercial objectives.

Additionally, you will be expected to excel in people management, fostering an environment of excellence and collaboration.
