Audenyx Auto Body Estimating & Audit Experts is expanding its operations and looking for experienced professionals to join our team across three different U.S. auto claims processes.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1️⃣ U.S. AUTO CLAIMS AUDITOR

Key Responsibilities

- Review auto damage estimates thoroughly from the beginning.
- Match all provided vehicle damage photographs against the estimate.
- Identify missed damages, missing operations, unnecessary repairs, and incorrect entries.
- Verify labor hours, parts, and repair procedures.
- Ensure estimates comply with insurance carrier guidelines and requirements.
- Perform mandatory VIN validation on every file.

Required Skills: CCC ONE, U.S. auto claims knowledge, estimate auditing, damage assessment, and solid attention to detail.

2️⃣ U.S. AUTO CLAIMS ESTIMATOR

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate auto damage estimates based on provided vehicle photographs.
- Identify damaged components and determine appropriate repair or replacement operations.
- Apply correct labor hours, parts, and repair procedures.
- Ensure estimates comply with applicable carrier guidelines.
- Perform mandatory VIN validation on every file.

Required Skills: CCC ONE, U.S. auto estimating experience, damage assessment, and knowledge of repair procedures, parts, and labor operations.

3️⃣ U.S. AUTO CLAIMS ESTIMATOR & NEGOTIATOR

Key Responsibilities





- Prepare accurate estimates based on provided vehicle damage photographs.
- Review repair operations, labor hours, and parts.
- Contact U.S. repair shops directly to discuss estimates and supplement differences.
- Negotiate with repair shops and secure an agreed price in accordance with insurance carrier guidelines.
- Maintain professional communication and resolve estimate-related disagreements.
- Perform mandatory VIN validation on every file.

Required Skills: CCC ONE, U.S. auto estimating experience, excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience negotiating with U.S. repair shops.

? GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- Practical knowledge of U.S. auto insurance claims.
- Hands-on CCC ONE experience.
- Good understanding of vehicle damage assessment and repair procedures.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Immediate joiners only.
