Role Description The Travel Operations Associate | International & Domestic Tour Planning | Travel Tech Enthusiast is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad. The associate will manage end-to-end trip planning, including building customized itineraries, coordinating bookings for flights, accommodations, local transfers, and activities, and ensuring all services align with client budgets and preferences. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing destination and product recommendations, maintaining accurate booking records, and liaising with vendors and partners to confirm reservations and resolve issues.

The role also involves using travel and booking platforms, preparing quotations, tracking payments,



and supporting visa-related documentation as needed. The associate will contribute to operational process improvements, uphold service quality standards, and support team members during peak travel seasons.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations skills, including tour coordination, booking management, and itinerary planning.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with clients, collaborate with vendors, and work effectively with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess sound Analytical Skills to compare travel options, optimize costs, and ensure packages meet client requirements.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for phone, email, and written proposals.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly and respectfully.
- Familiarity with travel tech tools, GDS or booking platforms, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace is beneficial.
- Previous experience in travel operations, tour planning, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; a demonstrated passion for travel is highly valued.
