WE'RE HIRING | Technical Support Specialist – International Voice Process

We are looking for skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialists with experience in international voice support to join our team.

Job Details:

- Position: Technical Support Specialist (Voice Process)
- Experience: 1+ Year of relevant experience is mandatory
- Process: International Voice Support
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot basic networking, connectivity, device, and VoIP-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical queries.
- Perform initial issue triage and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Manage customer tickets, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and SLA targets.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Technical Voice Support process.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches).




- Understanding of technical troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Significant: Freshers are not eligible. Candidates must have at least 1 year of international voice support experience.
