Role Description The Teaching Faculty role at Competitive Cracker is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The faculty member will plan and deliver classroom sessions for Banking, SSC, and Kerala PSC exam preparation, ensuring transparent coverage of syllabus topics and exam patterns. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and reviewing practice questions, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and monitoring learner progress through tests and assignments.

The role also involves updating teaching materials based on changing exam requirements, providing academic guidance and motivation to learners,



and collaborating with other faculty to maintain consistent teaching standards.

Qualifications

- Solid subject-matter expertise in areas relevant to Banking, SSC, and Kerala PSC examinations (such as Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, General Awareness, and related domains).
- Demonstrated teaching, training, or mentoring skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt methods to different learning styles.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills, including the ability to engage large groups and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in creating and reviewing exam-style questions, tests, and study materials, with attention to accuracy and alignment with current exam patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline; prior experience in coaching for competitive exams or a strong track record of success in such exams is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using basic digital tools for test preparation, scheduling, and learner communication; willingness to continuously update knowledge as exam syllabi evolve.
