Experience: 7–10 years or more; a minimum of 7 years in a relevant role is mandatory

Schedule: Six days a week, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and demonstrated capability

About the company and roleInfova E-Universes Limited is an IT & ICT company operating since 2008, managing calling and client-related processes for multiple organisations. We are seeking an experienced client-facing professional to understand service needs, build confidence and guide clients towards informed decisions. The role requires strong counselling skills, consultative service guidance and ethical client conversion.

Key responsibilities

- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with patience and professionalism.
- Understand client needs, explain services clearly and handle questions and objections confidently.
- Use persuasive,



ethical communication to build trust and support client conversions.
- Maintain systematic follow-ups and accurate CRM records throughout the client journey.
- Coordinate internally to resolve queries and provide consistent client support.

What we are looking for
- Advanced proficiency in spoken English, a good command of Hindi, and strong communication and client-counselling skills are mandatory. Only candidates meeting these requirements will be considered.
- Candidates must be able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining service quality and timely follow-ups.
- Proven results in client counselling, relationship management or consultative sales.
- Polished communication and presentation, professional workplace grooming and courteous conduct.
- Strong listening skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage demanding conversations with patience and confidence.
