We work with trusted manufacturers and artisans across India to serve wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and importers in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

Role Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, sales-driven individual to acquire international B2B customers, convert bulk inquiries into confirmed orders, and build long-term buyer relationships.This is a hands-on sales role focused on cold calling, lead generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion, and revenue growth, rather than general marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research international buyers, importers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.
- Generate qualified leads through online research, LinkedIn, business directories, and B2B platforms.
- Conduct cold calls, send sales emails, and proactively approach potential international customers.
- Present products, understand buyer requirements, share quotations, and follow up to close bulk orders.
- Negotiate with prospective buyers within approved pricing guidelines and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat orders and expand business.
- Maintain lead databases, sales pipelines, customer records, and performance reports.
- Research international markets,



customer demand, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- MBA in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills, with confidence in speaking to international customers.
- Robust persuasion, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct cold calls, handle rejection, follow up consistently, and work toward sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills, market research capabilities, and proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of sales outcomes.

Preferred: Knowledge of European languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian, and experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or export business development. Compensation & Growth

- Monthly salary of ₹15,000.
- 1% incentive on successful sales, subject to the company's incentive policy.
