Role Description The Research and Development Intern will support BusinessGarh® in exploring new ideas, analyzing startup ecosystems, and contributing to innovation-driven projects aligned with the organization’s mission. This full-time, on-site role based in Raipur involves conducting primary and secondary research on startups, markets, and technologies; synthesizing findings into clear reports and presentations; and assisting in the design and evaluation of programs,



services, and tools for entrepreneurs. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, test concepts, and refine solutions that enhance startup support offerings.

Daily responsibilities may include preparing research briefs, maintaining documentation, supporting pilot projects or experiments, and communicating insights to mentors and leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D;) and Research skills, with the ability to design studies, gather data, and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills, including the ability to present findings and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills or technical experimentation experience when required for specific research projects.
- Relevant skills and qualifications include familiarity with startup ecosystems or business concepts, proficiency in basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), attention to detail, and a proactive learning mindset.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in business, economics, engineering, science, or related fields is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Raipur on a full-time schedule.
