Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Advisor role based in Bengaluru.

The Property

Advisor will guide clients through the property selection and decision-making process, including understanding their requirements, budget, and preferred locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property visits, presenting suitable real estate options, explaining project details and pricing, and supporting clients with documentation and basic financial considerations related to property transactions. The role involves maintaining regular communication with prospective and existing clients, addressing inquiries,



and providing high-quality customer service to build trust and close deals.

The Property

Advisor will also coordinate with internal teams and property developers, update listings and market information, and work towards achieving sales and service targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess Property Management and Investments knowledge relevant to residential and commercial real estate.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills for handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance understanding, including budgets, payment plans, and loan-related concepts.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in real estate advisory, sales, or related customer-facing roles.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in office in Bengaluru, conducting property visits, and meeting clients in person.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and digital tools used for listings, lead management, and reporting.
- Candidates should preferably have a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
