Role Description The Planning Engineer role at HomeArchs.com is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

The Planning

Engineer will develop detailed project schedules, coordinate with construction managers, architects, and site teams, and ensure that timelines align with the company’s 251-day delivery guarantee. Daily responsibilities include resource and production planning, monitoring project progress, updating project control documents,



and identifying risks or delays with proactive corrective actions. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, preparation of progress reports, and clear communication of project status and constraints to management.

The Planning

Engineer will also support continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and standards to enhance efficiency and quality across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong planning and production planning skills to develop and manage detailed construction schedules.
- Analytical skills and project control capabilities to track progress, manage risks, and optimize resources.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
- Experience in construction or civil engineering project environments, preferably in residential or home construction.
- Proficiency with project planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to work in office in Lucknow, conduct regular site visits, and collaborate closely with field teams.
- Knowledge of Indian building codes, local approval processes, and quality standards is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to on-time, quality delivery.
