Role Description The Legal Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of regulatory and legal content within Lawrbit’s compliance solutions. Day-to-day work includes researching laws, regulations, and judicial precedents, analyzing legal requirements across jurisdictions, and preparing transparent, structured legal documentation and summaries. The role involves drafting and reviewing contractual agreements and compliance-related documents, ensuring alignment with relevant regulatory frameworks and internal standards.

The Legal

Analyst collaborates with legal, product, and client-facing teams to clarify legal implications,



respond to queries, and contribute to enhancements in global compliance management tools. The position also requires maintaining accurate records, monitoring regulatory changes, and helping translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance for users.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, including understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate compliance, and contractual principles.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret statutes, regulations, case law, and to assess legal risks and compliance obligations.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and structuring legal opinions, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Experience with Contractual Agreements, such as drafting, reviewing, and analyzing commercial contracts, policies, and service-level agreements.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written communication, ability to explain complex legal concepts, and collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution; additional qualifications in corporate or regulatory law are an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management, or legal research tools; experience with enterprise or professional compliance software is beneficial.
