Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in the Pune Division.

The Marketing

Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for residential and commercial projects, including offline activities such as events, site promotions, and sales collateral.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying new customer segments and opportunities. The role involves coordinating with sales teams, handling inquiries, managing lead follow-ups, and assisting with customer presentations.

Executive will also contribute to brand visibility through local advertising, partnerships, and basic digital marketing initiatives, while maintaining accurate reports on campaign performance and sales support activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing for developing and implementing effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research for understanding customer preferences, competition, and local market trends.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for engaging with prospective customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills for supporting lead generation, conversion activities, and project promotion.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property sales, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple tasks, and use basic office and CRM tools effectively.
- Strong ethical standards, customer-oriented mindset, and willingness to work on weekends or peak project periods as required.
