Job Overview:

ABS (Absolute Barbecues) is offering an exciting opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in the hospitality industry. Selected candidates will be part of a 1-Year Diploma Program in Hospitality, which combines academic learning with practical workplace training and apprenticeship experience. Candidates will receive hands-on training in kitchen operations, food preparation, hygiene, safety, and hospitality services while earning a monthly stipend.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Follow food hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards.
- Learn and use kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Follow grooming, discipline, and workplace etiquette standards.
- Work effectively with team members and support daily hospitality operations.
- Follow assigned shifts, attendance requirements, and organisational procedures.

Requirements

- Must have passed Class 12 from a recognized board.




- Minimum age should be 18 years.
- Must have an interest in building a career in the Hospitality Industry.
- Should be willing to work in kitchen and hospitality operations at the assigned location.
- Candidates must successfully complete the screening, counselling, document verification, and foundation training process.

Training & Program Structure

- Program Duration: 1 Year
- Foundation Training: 10 days before workplace deployment.

- Indicative Monthly Earnings: ₹11,000–₹12,000
