Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement professional to manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials, products, and services required for our architecture and interior projects. The candidate will coordinate with vendors, project teams, designers, and management to ensure materials are procured at the right quality, price, and time.

Key Responsibilities

· Source and procure interior, architectural, furniture, electrical, plumbing, hardware, and construction materials.

· Identify and maintain reliable vendors and suppliers.

· Collect, compare, and negotiate vendor quotations and prices.

· Negotiate cost, quality, payment terms, and delivery timelines.

· Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs).

· Coordinate with project managers, designers, site teams, and Accounts.

· Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements.

· Track orders, deliveries, pending materials, and invoices.

· Check material quality and specifications as required.

· Maintain vendor database, quotations, purchase records, and procurement reports.

· Resolve material delays, quality issues, damages, and replacements.

· Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.





· Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

· Visit vendors, suppliers, and project sites when required.

Required Skills

· Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

· Good knowledge of interior and construction materials

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

· Strong follow-up and time-management skills

· Ability to compare quotations and control costs

· Valuable market and supplier knowledge

· Attention to detail and documentation skills

Preferred Experience

· 2–5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase

· Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or Furniture companies

· Experience in material sourcing and vendor management

· Experience handling quotations, POs, deliveries, and invoices

· Knowledge of local suppliers and material markets
