Position: IT Recruiter

Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote Opportunity)

Salary: ₹10,000 Per Month (Target-Based)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 5.5 Days Per Week

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter who has previously worked with a recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for various IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets.

✅ Requirements:




- Must have prior experience working with a Recruitment Consultancy.
- Experience in IT recruitment is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
