Role Description The Graphic Designer will work on-site in Gurugram in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the design team to develop visual concepts for branding, digital assets, packaging, and fashion-related projects. Daily responsibilities include creating and refining logos, social media graphics, clothing prints, layouts, and illustrations that align with client briefs and brand guidelines. The role involves translating mood boards and storyboards into cohesive visual narratives, preparing production-ready files, and maintaining consistency across multiple design touchpoints.

The Graphic





Designer will also contribute to brainstorming sessions, provide design input on studio projects and educational materials, and support timely delivery of high-quality work.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create visually cohesive and engaging compositions.
- Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and visual systems.
- Proficiency in Typography, with skill in selecting and arranging type for readability, hierarchy, and aesthetic impact.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar tools).
- Portfolio showcasing a range of work across branding, digital content, print design, and fashion or editorial projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate within a small team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Solid attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
- Relevant academic background in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Interest in design education, social impact, and supporting creative initiatives for underprivileged communities is a plus.
