Role Description The Fashion Coordinator at PInterview is a full time, remote role responsible for curating and coordinating fashion-related elements that enhance the brand’s visual and professional image across online sessions and marketing materials. This role involves planning and supporting fashion-focused photo shoots, advising on styling for video content, and collaborating with industry professionals to align fashion choices with brand guidelines.

The Fashion

Coordinator will provide fashion consulting to clients and internal teams, helping them present themselves confidently and appropriately for different types of interviews and professional settings. Daily tasks include coordinating looks and outfits, maintaining a consistent style direction for digital assets, supporting content and marketing teams with fashion input,



and ensuring client-facing materials reflect current, professional fashion standards. The role also requires regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored fashion recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to interact with clients, industry professionals, and internal teams, and to convey fashion concepts clearly and professionally.
- Customer Service and Sales skills to understand client needs, provide supportive guidance, and contribute to promoting fashion-related services or packages.
- Experience with Photo Shoots, including planning, coordination, styling, and working with photographers and production teams for digital content.
- Fashion Consulting expertise, with the ability to advise on interview-appropriate attire, personal styling, and professional presentation across various industries.
- Background or education in Fashion, Styling, Visual Merchandising, or a related field; prior experience in fashion coordination, styling, or image consulting is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and knowledge of current fashion trends, particularly in professional and business contexts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced digital setting.
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools and basic digital content workflows; experience in an online services or edtech environment is a plus.
