Our vision is to make short-distance urban travel more accessible by connecting metro stations to people's doorsteps through a structured, technology-enabled network of electric mobility fleets. We aim to transform the fragmented last-mile mobility ecosystem into an organised, scalable model, beginning in Delhi NCR, with a long-term vision to expand across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. As we prepare for launch, we're looking to strengthen our leadership team with the right strategic partner to help shape our next phase of growth. The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced business leader to join Macro Rides as a potential co-founder, bringing together strategic investment, leadership experience and the ability to drive business expansion. - 15+ years of professional experience in business leadership, strategy, operations, investments or business expansion.
- Capacity and willingness to make a strategic investment of ₹25–50 lakh.
- Proven experience in scaling businesses, building partnerships or leading expansion initiatives.
- Solid business networks, commercial understanding and strategic decision-making capabilities.
