Role Description The Quality Department Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role involves monitoring and evaluating product quality through inspections, measurements, and testing at various stages of the manufacturing and supply process. The specialist will support quality assurance and control activities, maintain documentation, assist with internal and external audits, and help drive corrective and preventive actions. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating quality standards and findings,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making in quality-related activities.
• knowledge of Quality Systems ISO ,IATF is essential.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including inspection, testing, and monitoring processes to ensure products meet defined standards.
• Candidates should possess Quality Assurance skills to develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess Quality Auditing skills to plan and conduct internal and supplier audits, report findings, and track action plans.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document outcomes clearly, and interact professionally with suppliers and customers.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, and experience in fasteners, automotive, or industrial manufacturing are beneficial.
• Familiarity with ISO or similar quality standards, problem-solving tools, and basic statistical techniques is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with attention to detail, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment is expected.
