Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships, understanding clients’ financial goals, and recommending suitable products and services such as mutual funds, insurance, and investment solutions. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective and existing clients, conducting financial needs assessments, preparing proposals, explaining product features, and supporting clients through onboarding and documentation. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery, tracking client portfolios, monitoring renewals, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.



The Relationship Manager will contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, achieving assigned targets, and adhering to regulatory and organizational compliance standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong client relationship skills, including interpersonal communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Candidates should possess consultative sales and business development skills, such as prospecting, negotiation, and target achievement in financial products or related domains.
• Candidates should possess financial product knowledge and advisory skills, with familiarity in mutual funds, insurance, investment instruments, and basic portfolio analysis.
• Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including attention to detail, record-keeping, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to address client issues promptly and provide clear, solution-oriented guidance.
• Relevant experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or insurance distribution is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with CRM or financial planning software is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
