Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PLC Programmer role based in the Pune Division. The PLC Programmer will design, develop, and test PLC logic for industrial automation projects, ensuring accurate integration with sensors, actuators, and control equipment. Daily responsibilities include creating and modifying control programs, configuring HMI/SCADA interfaces, troubleshooting system issues, and optimizing process performance in coordination with project and commissioning teams. The role involves reviewing electrical and control drawings, participating in site installation and commissioning, documenting programs and changes, and providing technical support to operations and maintenance teams. The PLC Programmer will work closely with engineers, technicians,



and project managers to deliver projects on schedule and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications
• Strong PLC programming skills (e.g., ladder logic, function block, structured text) and experience with major PLC platforms (such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or similar).
• Hands-on experience in industrial automation, including control panel integration, field instrumentation, and commissioning of automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/control diagrams and P&IDs;, and collaborate effectively with design, electrical, and mechanical teams.
• Knowledge of HMI/SCADA configuration, basic networking concepts for industrial systems, and troubleshooting of hardware and software faults.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to testing and validation of control logic.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document programs, prepare reports, and interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Relevant engineering or technical diploma/degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in advanced automation projects or manufacturing/processing industries in the Pune region or similar environments is an advantage.
