We are looking for a creative, curious and proactive Social Media & Content Research Intern who can help us build GigKaro's digital presence and establish our voice in India's growing gig economy. This is not just a social media posting role. You will research India's gig workforce, discover real stories, create engaging content and help build a strong brand around the GigForce ecosystem. What will you do? 1. Social Media Content Creation Plan and execute a 30-day Instagram content calendar. Create engaging Reels, Carousels, Static Posts and Stories. Write creative captions, hooks, scripts and content descriptions. Design Instagram creatives using Canva. Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools. 2. GigForce Research & Storytelling Research India's gig economy and frontline workforce. Understand the challenges, opportunities and aspirations of delivery partners, drivers, warehouse workers and other gig workers. Research industry trends, statistics, government policies and developments. Convert research into engaging and informative social media content. 3. Ground Stories & Worker Interviews Coordinate interviews with delivery partners and gig workers, initially focusing on Bangalore. Prepare interview questionnaires and identify interesting story angles. Coordinate with the field team for recording real worker stories. Edit interviews into short-form videos and documentary-style Reels. Highlight the achievements, challenges and aspirations of India's gig workforce. 4. Brand Building & Digital Growth Help position GigKaro as India's GigForce platform.



Research competitor content and identify new content opportunities. Support SEO-friendly blog writing and website content. Monitor Instagram analytics, engagement, reach and website traffic. Suggest creative campaigns to grow GigKaro's digital presence. Who can apply? Freshers and undergraduate or postgraduate students are welcome. Candidates interested in social media, digital marketing, content creation, journalism, communications or brand building. Positive written English and storytelling skills. Basic knowledge of Instagram, Canva and video editing. Ability to research topics and convert information into engaging content. Creative thinking, curiosity and willingness to learn.
